Watching an mp4 in flash: 99% cpu. Same mp4 in VLC: 10% cpu. I realize Flash can have other things going on, but an order of magnitude diff?

Thanks for all the VirtualBox recommendations. It's working well so far. VMWare Fusion has a few cooler features, but not worth paying for.
