He also earned first team all-state honors, was the Region II Player of the Year and first team all-region ... Alta went 13-1 his senior year and was ranked 35th nationally by Rivals.com ... He threw for 1,909 yards and 25 touchdowns in 2007 while being credited with 886 rushing yards and 12 scores ... Was a three-year letterwinner.
