Graham Neff

Graham Neff, a native of Atlanta, GA, is in his second year as associate athletic director at Middle Tennessee. Neff oversees facilities, capital projects, department budgets and finance, contracts, event operations, Nelligan Sports Marketing, licensing, concessions, and apparel for the Athletic Department. In addition, Neff serves as the sport administrator for baseball and men's and women's track & field, as well as working with the weight room, equipment room, and athletic training room.

Since his arrival at Middle Tennessee, Neff has overseen the construction and renovation of the Jeff Hendrix Stadium Club, the Women’s Basketball Office suite, the new football locker room, managed the Sun Belt Conference Track & Field Championships and Soccer Championships, and negotiated an extension on the athletic department’s concessions contract.

Neff spent two and a half years at Georgia Tech as financial controller, including roles in ticket and event operations. While in Atlanta, he helped to optimize and design seat offerings in the McCamish Basketball Pavilion currently under construction on campus, in addition to his duties relating to NCAA reporting and financial analysis.

Prior to joining the athletic department at Georgia Tech, Neff worked for two years as a financial analyst and construction contract auditor at Deloitte & Touche. While earning his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Georgia Tech, he served as head manager for GT's Men’s Basketball team, advancing to the Final Four in 2004. Neff later completed his MBA in Finance also from Georgia Tech.

Neff is married to the former Kristin Bartsokas, originally from Franklin, TN.
