Vitamin doubts

Vitamin supplements are not worth the money, according to a report published today. In 1990, pounds 52m was spent on those products in Britain, but there is often no evidence that they relieve stress, increase energy or boost intelligence, the Consumers' Association magazine Which? Way to Health says.
