KICK-OFF: THE LIONS GET THE MATCH UNDERWAY!

1498549719

11 mins: Apologies for technical difficulties there - internet connections in Wellington and London both simultaneously decided enough was enough and shut themselves down. But we're back! And the Lions are leading 3-0. Will let you know more as I do!

1498549830

(It was a Dan Biggar penalty predictably for the three points)

1498550064

16 mins: The Hurricanes are on the attack but somehow, somehow, Nowell has tackled Savea...

1498550167

17 mins: TRY LIONS!

And this one came straight out of Scotland! Tommy Seymour touches down after Grieg Laidlaw intercepts the pass and runs nearly the length of the field. Biggar adds the extras and the Lions are winning 10-0.

1498550401

19 mins: Incidentally, Henshaw has gone off and has been replaced by Halfpenny meaning a major Lions reshuffle. Nowell has moved to the wing with North moving to inside centre. That will do a fair bit of damage to his Test aspirations.

1498550476

21 mins: Biggar is taking on a bigg'un here. It's a penalty from around 50 metres and it flies over! Great strike. 13-0.

1498550663

24 mins: Ngani Laumape just burst through the Lions defence and has made some serious metres for the Hurricanes. The hosts are on the front-foot here.

1498551021

30 mins: Biggar steps up again for yet another penalty and he maintains his 100 per cent record. Interesting he is continuing on kicking duties despite Halfpenny being on the pitch. 16-7.

1498551367

35 mins: TRY LIONS!

George North! And boy, did he need that! Halfpenny chases down Biggar's bomb, the ball falls loose and bounces into Henderson's hands, who flicks it deftly off to North on his shoulder to out-pace the defence and score. Biggar adds the extras again. 23-7.
