He has spent 12 years making RightMove the country's top website for househunters and the property-porn obsessed, but Ed Williams, who co-founded the site in 2000, has decided it's time to cash in his chips and spend more time with his £52m fortune.

Which begs the question, what could he afford from his own website from his newly deepened pockets? Most of the priciest homes are stictly POA, but how about £39.95m for Jersey House (bitly.com/S0wUdt) on Bishop's Avenue (AKA Millionaires Row) in north London?

He'd still have £12m to spend on luxury furniture, sports cars and servants to fill its eight master bedrooms, five reception suites, leisure complex, cinema and two staff flats. Or if city life isn't for him, the regal Bletchingdon Park in the Cotswolds (bit.ly/XmVSKD) sits in 126 acres and is currently on sale for a mere £20m. Decisions, decisions. But unlike the rest of us, for Williams they'e not hypothetical at all.
