On Tuesday, the team behind Soho, Shoreditch, Home and Babington House opens the Dean Street Townhouse in central London. Sleek, open to all and with "tiny" rooms from £95, the Georgian townhouse hotel has 39 rooms and an all-day dining room (deanstreettownhouse.com). From city chic to snowy peaks: in Aspen, the Viceroy Snowmass opens on Wednesday, just in time for Thanksgiving.
