Having been on the verge of becoming the next Crystal Palace manager, the Scot is now at the centre of allegations alongside Iain Moody - the former head of recruitment at Cardiff who is now employed by Crystal Palace.
Cardiff, who sacked Mackay in December, have sent a dossier to the Football Association with details of the allegations, according to the Daily Mail. Below are some of the texts allegedly sent:
