Kidderminster Harriers v West Ham

Harriers are set to field the side which put Preston North End out of the competition in the fourth round. West Ham will begin with Breacker continuing to operate as the emergency central defender alongside Potts. Clive Allen retains his place in attack at the expense of Morley.

Oldham Athletic v Barnsley

Oldham recall Beckford to the starting line-up because McCarthy is cup-tied. Barnsley manager Anderson names an unchanged side after three wins in eight days.

Oxford United v Chelsea

United's midfielder Robinson and defender Elliott suffered strains in training in midweek. Dyer (ankle injury) and Rogan (calf strain) were given their first work-outs yesterday. Manager Smith faces an anxious wait to see whether any reactions set in before naming his team. Chelsea are without suspended defender Sinclair and manager Hoddle must choose between Danish international Kjeldberg and Donaghy.

Wolves v Ipswich Town

Wolves will rely on strikers Kelly and Regis to fill the place of Bull, who is out injured for two months. Ipswich have midfield anchor man Williams fit and Mason, their summer midfield signing from Aberdeen, is back in the squad after a long lay-off with a hamstring injury. Stockwell makes his 350th appearance.

Blackburn Rovers v Newcastle United

Batty is set to return for Blackburn and will take over from either Atkins or Marker in an otherwise unchanged side. Allen is back in Newcastle United's squad after being out of the first for four months. Cole (shoulder) is still missing and goalkeeper Hooper looks to be replaced by Srnicek.

Coventry City v Manchester City

Coventry manager Neal is expected to retain the side which drew 0-0 with Sheffield United last week, but adds winger Jenkinson, midfielders Robertson and Boland and centre-half Busst to his squad. Manchester City captain Curle (thigh) and Flitcroft (ankle) are both ruled out and Sheron is struggling with a thigh injury. Kernaghan will take over from Curle and Lomas will replace Flitcroft.

Everton v Arsenal

Everton captain Watson, playing his first game since December, is likely to replace Moore, while Angell partners Rideout in attack. Midfielder Hillier, who injured a knee in Arsenal's FA Cup defeat by Bolton nine days ago, is added to the squad. Top scorer Wright is still unavailable with hamstring trouble.

Leeds United v Liverpool

Rod Wallace returns to the Leeds line-up after suffering a recurrence of a hamstring injury in the FA Cup game at Oxford last month. Central defender O'Leary may also be recalled for his first game since damaging an Achilles tendon in August. Ruddock returns from suspension to bolster the Liverpool defence.

Swindon Town v Norwich City

McAvennie, who joined Swindon Town on loan this week, is included in their squad. Welsh international Bodin, on the bench for the last three games, could be recalled to the left side of midfield. Norwich City manager Deehan is set to give debuts to goalkeeper Howie and winger Adams.

FA CUP FIFTH ROUND

Bolton Wanderers v Aston Villa

Winstanley is still out for Bolton with a broken rib and Seagraves, the former Manchester City player, should continue in central defence. Villa's winger Froggatt, the England Under-21 player, is set to take over at left-back ahead of Small from Staunton, who will be out for a month with a recurring groin problem.

Cardiff City v Luton Town

Blake, who scored Cardiff's winner against Manchester City in the last round, has completed a move to Sheffield United and fit-again Dale or Stant will fill his place. Luton's former England striker Dixon (ankle injury) is struggling to be fit after missing three matches. Hartson stands by to deputise.

Wimbledon v Manchester United

Wimbledon expect to be at full strength. Right-back Joseph is set to return following a groin strain and will link up with Barton, who moves to midfield. Manchester United will keep an unchanged side.
