Moment ‘gunshots fired’ at sports contest in Derbyshire as crowds flee in horror
This is the moment ‘gunshots’ can be heard during a fight at a sports contest in Derbyshire, which left three people injured.
Armed police were called to the event at the Derby Kabaddi grounds at around 4pm on 20 August.
Broadcast footage of the tournament from the Panjab Broadcasting Channel shows the moment that live commentary cuts out as spectators behind wire fences start running in horror.
Video footage circulating on social media shows crowds running away from what sounds like gunshots being fired.
Derbyshire Police confirmed three people have been injured, one seriously.
